Founder
Meet the founding director, Baerbel Schuett.
Baerbel has over three decades experience leading complex, mixed-use, and residential-led projects of the highest quality. Her background in architecture, construction and development, combined with strong legal and financial expertise, enables her to deliver innovative solutions and drive positive impact for people, communities, and the environment.
Baerbel is known for her caring approach, collaborative leadership, and ability to motivate teams to excel. As Development Director she has worked at board level in both SMEs and large corporates. With this experience Baerbel brings a strategic, detail-oriented perspective to every project with a thorough understanding of good governance.
Baerbel played a pivotal role on the boards of both Londonewcastle and Wates Residential during complex market changes, requiring a strong focus on risk management in an ever-changing environment.
Her early career encompassed international experience notably in Germany and South Africa. This international experience allows her to tap into an exceptional network and brings different perspectives.
Baerbel’s roots in architecture instilled in her with a lifelong passion for good design, which in turn underpins her commitment to good placemaking and wellbeing.
